It’s time to break the ice. The consultation meeting is filled with Q & A so we can get a good understanding of your needs and wants for your space. As soon as we get a clear idea for what you are looking to achieve, we get to work. A design plan is carefully and thoughtfully put together taking all aspects of your space and needs into consideration; color, lighting, materials, and furniture. A design plan is essential in achieving a pleasant work environment and ensuring the project runs efficiently throughout its entirety. After a design plan is completed the budget begins to take shape and all costs of labor and goods are finalized. You will have a good idea of what your project will cost in order to stay within your budget.

This is where we begin to sweat. As soon as the design plan and budget are approved by you we place all necessary orders and co-ordinate all vendors and contractors. This consists of multiple meetings with vendors and contractors to assure everyone is on the same page and every detail is addressed. There are visits to the jobs site on almost a daily bases to check on progress and timeline of the project. During this step unexpected hurdles will be handled with grace and lots of questions that may rise will be answered. All good that have been ordered are continually tracked and deliveries are coordinated and scheduled appropriately.

It is finally time for some fun. You will finally see your space come together. We roll up our sleeves and dive into working on getting every detail right. This is when the personality of your space begins to shine.
